Naples Square Boasts New Walk-able Lifestyle
Downtown Naples will be more accessible than ever before, according to this Naples Daily News article.
The Ronto Group’s Naples Square and its 73 residences are slated for 2014, but its luxury amenities and walkable lifestyle is already creating a stir among residents.

The new community is just a short walk from downtown Naples’ combination of world-class beaches, eateries, boutiques and gallery venues. The development will hopefully bring a sense of cohesion to the downtown area by connecting Fifth Avenue to Bayfront via Third Avenue.
Designed by MHK Architecture and Planning of Naples, the light-filled floor plans feature tall ceilings, chic master bedrooms, luxury kitchens and designer flooring throughout. Covered parking with controlled access is also included and pricing begins in the high $400s.
