New Homes Come to Fiddler’s Creek
Stock Signature Homes, according to this article from the Naples Daily News, has added two inventory homes at Fiddler’s Creek, a private gated country club community between Naples and Marco Island.
“We have expanded our inventory offerings in three villages at Fiddler’s Creek,” said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, Stock’s vice president of sales and marketing. “Several homes are nearing completion and in the Majorca village, the Scottsdale II is completed so homeowners can enjoy the Fiddler’s Creek lifestyle this winter season.”
The three-bedroom, three-bath Scottsdale II, priced at $899,990, offers 2,719 square feet under air and a total of 4,379 square feet, including a screened-in and covered lanai, attached three-car garage and covered entry. The dining room is an open space surrounded by the living room and kitchen. The formal study includes French doors and can serve as a nice, airy work space. The master suite opens up directly to the pool area and features double walk-in closets and a large master bath.
All of Stock’s homes feature the standard features package that Stock is known for. In fact, Stock was just named the 2013 Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) Builder of the Year for the second time in the past five years. It is also a member of this year’s nationwide Builder 100 list and Lely Resort recently won its sixth consecutive Community of the Year Award from CBIA.
Majorca is a single-family home village with just 19 homesites featuring three-and four-bedroom floor plans, all complete with a three-car garage. Most residences overlook fairways and landscaping.
The Ponte Vedra Grande and the Victoria Grande are also nearing completion as inventory home options. Stock is currently offering $15,000 in upgrades and options in the purchase price of each home at Fiddler’s Creek along with a social membership to the club valued at $15,000.

Stock’s homes are priced from the $600s to over $2 million.
