New Homes Coming to Grey Oaks

Three custom estate homes by Gulfshore Homes are underway in the Miramonte neighborhood at Grey Oaks in Naples, this Naples Daily News article says.

Miramonte is a private area consisting of 36 residences with one-or two stories situated along brick-paved streets.

Construction is scheduled for completion at the end of 2014.

These spacious homes range from 3,500 to 4,500 square feet under air, each with four or five bedrooms, four or five baths, family room, formal living and dining rooms, master suite, a library/study, two guest bedrooms and a three-car garage.

The outdoor living areas include summer kitchens with grills, sinks and Sub-Zero under counter refrigerators, and furnishings designed to enjoy the lake and garden views afforded by Miramonte’s location.

Grey Oaks amenities include three golf courses and a newly renovated Pro Shop, Grille Room and locker facilities. Amenities also include eight Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness facilities and dining rooms in two clubhouses.
